Common use of Transactional / Enterprise Data Clause in Contracts

Transactional / Enterprise Data. As a Customer User or Enterprise User, you will place data into the Service that is related to transactions and payment methods. As an Enterprise User, your account will contain information about your customers etc. We encourage Enterprise Users to exercise care and comply with behavior outlined in this Agreement and Privacy Policy, but we are not responsible or liable for how Enterprise Users use their customers’ data. As Enterprise Users, you will put information into the system relating to your payment methods etc. Aside from what you put in publicly viewable fields, this information will not be available to any other users, or passed on by us to any other party except for the purposes of performing our obligations under this Agreement, if required at law or if a third party is engaged by us to provide services that require access. Your Enterprise User data can be extracted by you from the Service via CSVs accessible from the Reports tab.
