Common use of Transfer Agent Fees Clause in Contracts

Transfer Agent Fees. The Company shall pay all Transfer Agent fees, stamp taxes and other similar taxes and duties levied in connection with the delivery of any Securities to the Purchaser.

Transfer Agent Fees. The Company shall pay all Transfer Agent fees, stamp taxes and other similar taxes and duties levied fees of its transfer agent in connection with the delivery transactions contemplated by this Agreement, the exercise of any Securities to this Warrant and the Purchaserissuance of the Warrant Shares.

Transfer Agent Fees. The Company shall pay all Transfer Agent fees, stamp taxes fees and other similar taxes and duties levied expenses payable to or incurred by the Company’s transfer agent in connection with the preparation, delivery and certification of any the definitive share certificates contemplated by this Section 12 and the fees and expenses payable to or incurred by such transfer agent in connection with such additional transfers required in the course of the distribution of the Offered Securities to the Purchaseror Additional Securities.
