Common use of Transfer; Joint Assessment Clause in Contracts

Transfer; Joint Assessment. Except as expressly permitted by or -------------------------- pursuant to this Agreement or the Mortgages, allow any Transfer to occur or enter into a management agreement with respect to the Facility. Operator shall not suffer, permit or initiate the joint assessment of the Facility (i) with any other real property constituting a separate tax lot, and (ii) with any portion of the Facility which may be deemed to constitute personal property, or any other procedure whereby the lien of any taxes which may be levied against such personal property shall be assessed or levied or charged to the Facility as a single lien.
