Common use of TRANSFER LIMITATION Clause in Contracts

TRANSFER LIMITATION. No employee shall be entitled to a transfer to a position with the same or lesser basic hourly rate than the employee's present position until at least one (1) year following completion of the trial or probationary period associated with the employee's present position. (d) The limitations of Article 12.01(c) is waived if the new position represents an increase in standard hours to be worked or the new work location is closer to the employee’s home. The employee must specify one of the foregoing when applying for the position.
