Common use of Transfer Mechanisms Clause in Contracts

Transfer Mechanisms. For transfers of Personal Data under this DPA from the European Un- ion, the European Economic Area and/or their member states and Switzerland to countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection within the meaning of applicable Data Protection Laws of the foregoing territories, to the extent such transfers are subject to such applicable Data Protection Laws, the Standard Contractual Clauses set forth in Exhibit C to this DPA apply, subject to Exhibit A.

Transfer Mechanisms. For transfers of 8.1 Any European Personal Data under transferred pursuant to this DPA from the European Un- ion, the European Economic Area and/or their member states and Switzerland to any countries which that do not ensure an adequate level levels of data protection within the meaning of applicable European Data Protection Laws of the foregoing territoriesshall be made by N-able and its Affiliates in accordance with, to the extent such transfers are and will be subject to such applicable Data Protection Lawsto, the Standard Contractual Clauses set forth applicable terms identified in Exhibit C to this DPA apply, subject to Exhibit A.Section 8.
