Transfer of Illness From Another District. 10.4.1 Any classified unit member employed by a California school district for a period of one (1) calendar year or more who terminates employment with that district and within one (1) calendar year accepts a classified position with this district, shall be credited with all unused paid illness leave earned in the former California school district.
