TERM AND RENEGOTIATION. 2.1 The term of this Memorandum shall commence on January 1, 2019, and shall continue until December 31, 2021. 2.2 Negotiations for a successor Memorandum shall begin by the exchange of written proposals in approximately August 2021.

TERM AND RENEGOTIATION. The provisions of this MOU are retroactive to, and shall be effective from and after, January 1, 2011, unless otherwise specified. This MOU shall expire at 12:00 midnight on December 31, 2012, except as otherwise provided by state law. In the event either party desires to negotiate a successor MOU, such party shall serve upon the other, prior to the expiration of this MOU, its written request to negotiate a successor MOU. Both parties agree to use their best efforts to complete negotiations on a successor MOU.
TERM AND RENEGOTIATION. This Agreement shall become effective upon ratification by the CSEA Chapter 420 members and adoption by the Yosemite CCD Board of Trustees. The term of this agreement shall be July 1st, 2022– June 30th, 2025, and shall continue in effect until modified. 1.2.1 If either party desires to amend or modify this agreement, it shall provide to the other party written notice of its intent; this notice shall occur annually during October 1st through November 15th. 1.2.1.1 During each fiscal year, the parties may reopen negotiations on salary and/or fringe benefits. 1.2.1.1.1 During each of the first two fiscal years, each party may reopen negotiations on two (2) articles of their choice. The parties may also mutually agree to reopen any additional article(s). 1.2.2 During the third year of this agreement, the parties shall negotiate a successor contract to include wages, benefits and all articles. 1.2.3 Negotiations shall be scheduled at a mutually acceptable time and place no later than thirty (30) calendar days following the public hearing. 1.2.4 At any time other than October 1st through November 15th, with mutual agreement of the parties, negotiations may be opened with written notice of the intent. 1.2.5 CSEA Chapter 420 and the District shall negotiate any board policy and/or procedure within the scope of bargaining.
TERM AND RENEGOTIATION. The term of this MOU shall commence immediately upon ratification by the parties, or on October 1, 2019, whichever occurs earlier. This MOU shall remain in effect through September 30, 2023. All provisions of this contract shall expire on the termination date unless extended by mutual agreement in writing. In the event either party desires to negotiate the provisions of a successor MOU, that party shall serve upon the other, during the period from April 15, 2023 to May 15, 2023, its written request to commence negotiations. Negotiations shall begin no later than thirty (30) days from date of receipt of notice unless extended by mutual agreement between the parties to this MOU.
TERM AND RENEGOTIATION. 31.1 Except as may otherwise be provided, this Agreement will become effective on the first (1st) day of the month following the date of ratification by the Board of Trustees and shall remain in full force and effect through June 30, 2017, and from year to year thereafter unless either party submits appropriate notice to amend or modify for a future term. 31.2 The party proposing to amend or modify this Agreement for a subsequent term shall submit written notice of such intent not later than the 31st day of March preceding the expiration date of the Agreement. Included with such written notice will be one (1) complete copy of all proposed modifications. 31.3 The receiving party shall have not more than thirty, (30) calendar days to prepare and submit one (1) complete copy of its proposals to the initiating party. 31.4 Upon completion of public notice requirements of the Public Employment Relations Act, negotiations will commence at a time and location mutually acceptable to the parties. 31.5 Not later than the 31st day of March preceding the school year, the Union shall submit its proposals for modification relative to Article 14 -- Pay and Allowances Section 14.1; and Article 15 -- Health and Welfare Benefits and two articles of its choice. The District will, not later than thirty (30) days after the Union submission, present its proposals relative to Article 14, and Article 15 and two articles of its choice. Requirements contained in 31.2, 31.3, and 31.4 will apply to these negotiations.
TERM AND RENEGOTIATION. 10.1 This Agreement replaces and supersedes the prior agreement of the parties which was in effect, for the period from July 1, 2014through June 30, 2017.

Any party wishing to negotiate a successor to this Agreement shall send written notice to the other party of its intentions to do so no sooner than April 15, 2022, and no later than May 15, 2022.
