TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES. The Data Processor may access the Personal Data from or transfer the Personal Data to any third country without the prior written consent of the Data Controller. If the Data Processor transfers Personal Data to a third country, the Data Processor must ensure that the transfer is effected on a legal basis, e.g. the European Commission model contracts for the transfer of personal data to third countries, before such transfer may be made by the Data Processor.
