Transfer of Personal Data. 8.1 bookinglab shall only transfer Customer Personal Data outside of the EEA where there is adequate protection for such Customer Personal Data in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws and as authorised by the Customer in accordance with paragraph 7. 8.2 As at the date of this Appendix the Customer consents to the transfers of Customer Personal Data to those non-EEA locations listed at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/xxxxxx. bookinglab shall ensure that such list is maintained and updated from time to time to reflect any changes.
