Common use of - Transfer of Prior Agency Service Clause in Contracts

- Transfer of Prior Agency Service. If a function of another agency is transferred to the County, the seniority of employees who transfer with the function shall be computed based upon application of the definition of Section 5.1, to each employee's prior service with the other agency.
