Common use of Transfer of Service and Seniority Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Service and Seniority. (a) An employee whose status is changed from part-time to full-time shall receive credit for seniority and service on the basis of one (1) year equals 1725 hours worked, and will be enrolled in the employee benefit plans subject to meeting any waiting period or other requirements of those plans.
