Transfer of the Airline Ticket. Passengers may freely transfer their ticket, free of charge, under the same terms and conditions set forth in the original ticket, as per the following conditions: Conditions: • Applies to Tickets and services associated to the same Passenger (according to ID or Passport number), in the same booking. • For international routes: - It can be requested up to 24 hours before the flight of the first leg of the booking. - Each ticket can be endorsed free of charge only once, provided that the reservation number matches the same identification number. - Tickets may not be endorsed if the Ticket has any flight segment in boarded, no show or used status. • In the case of domestic routes: it can operate free of charge up to 24 hours before the flight of the first leg of the booking. • Passengers can request it on the Carrier’s official website through the following link: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/brasil/formularios/entre-em-contato- conosco?typeOfCase=14_84_466 • Only valid between individuals. • Each Passenger is allowed a maximum of one free transfer per six-month period per calendar year, i.e. from January 1 to December 31 (first six-month period: January 1 to June 30; second six-month period: July 1 to December 31). All other changes will have an issuance cost of USD 15. • Passengers must attach a picture of their national identity document to the form, except in the case of domestic routes.
