TRANSFER OR PERMANENT CHANGE OF ASSIGNMENT. (A) All additional costs incurred by a transfer or permanent change of assignment at the convenience of and request by an Engineer Officer shall not be the responsibility of the Employer unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.
