Transfer/Reassignment Procedures. Definitions 11.1. Transfer 11.1.1. A transfer shall be defined as the change of a unit member’s work location from one school or worksite to another school or worksite within the District. Such a transfer does not encompass the process of reassignment within the present school, department, or work location. A unit member assigned to more than one work site shall be considered as being transferred only when moved from one District-wide program to another program.
