When a vacancy occurs before the end of each school year, the Superintendent shall solicit declarations of interest on the part of unit members, by posting a notice of the job vacancy in each building (in the central office of each). After the end of school, notice shall be posted in the central office and sent to the Association President or his/her designee. During the summer, notifications of vacancies shall be posted on the school TV channel and school website, and emailed to staff on their school email. All job postings shall include the following information:

These forms will include a request for preferences for assignments for the following year. These preferences shall be considered when making preliminary assignments for the following school year.
