Common use of Transfer to Another Agency Covered by This Agreement Clause in Contracts

Transfer to Another Agency Covered by This Agreement. An employee who is transferred to another position covered by this Agreement in the same classification, or to a different classification at the same or lower level, prior to the completion of the employee’s trial service period shall serve a six (6)- month trial service period in the latter position without regard to service in the former position.

Transfer to Another Agency Covered by This Agreement. An employee who is transferred to another position covered by this Agreement in the same classification, or to a different classification at the same or lower level, prior to the completion of the employee’s trial service period shall serve a six (6)- month 6)-month trial service period in the latter position without regard to service in the former position.

Transfer to Another Agency Covered by This Agreement. An employee who 5 is transferred to another position covered by this Agreement in the same 6 classification, or to a different classification at the same or lower level, prior 7 to the completion of the employee’s trial service period shall serve a six (6)- 8 month trial service period in the latter position without regard to service in the 9 former position.
