Transfer to Another Agency Covered by This Agreement. An employee who is transferred to another position covered by this Agreement in the same classification, or to a different classification at the same or lower level, prior to the completion of the employee’s trial service period shall serve a six (6)- month trial service period in the latter position without regard to service in the former position.
