Transfer to Another Related Company Entity. If, during the course of the employment, the employee is transferred to another related Company entity, including a transfer for administrative purposes only, the change will not affect continuity of service and will not constitute a termination of employment.

IfWhere, during the course of the employment, the employee is transferred to another related Company company entity, including a transfer for administrative purposes only, the change will not affect continuity of service and will not constitute a termination of employment. All statutory entitlements will be preserved and the employee will not be entitled to any termination payment providing their duties remain the same or a comparable position is offered. In the event of this happening, the entity they are transferred to will be a subsidiary of the parent company and the employee will be advised in writing.
