The new Tenant must meet and comply with all Student Family Housing eligibility requirements. The former and new Tenant’s University account must be current and in good standing prior to transfer of the Rental Agreement.

Transferability of Rental Agreement. This Rental Agreement may not be assigned or sublet without the written consent of Landlord. This Rental Agreement is voidable at the option of Landlord if the Tenant assigns this Rental Agreement without the Landlord's written consent. Landlord will not consent to Tenant’s assignment to another Resident unless (i) the Resident’s housing account is current for all payments due; (ii) the Resident meets all eligibility requirements; and (iii) Resident pays a $100 non-transferable security deposit. The Unit must be inspected prior to transfer.

You are not licensed or permitted to do any of the following and you may not allow any third party to do any of the following: (i) access or attempt to access any other systems, programs or data that are not made available for public use; (ii) copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell or distribute in any way the material from the FinanceWorks site or from the Debit Rewards Offers program; (iii) permit any third party to benefit from the use or functionality of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers, or any other services provided in connection with them, via a rental, lease, timesharing, service bureau, or other arrangement; (iv) transfer any of the rights granted to you under this license; (v) work around any technical limitations in the Service, use any tool to enable features or functionalities that are otherwise disabled in the Service, or decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the Service except as otherwise permitted by applicable law; (vi) perform or attempt to perform any actions that would interfere with the proper working of the Service or Debit Rewards Offers or any services provided in connection with them, prevent access to or the use of the Service, Debit Rewards Offers or any or services provided in connection with them by other licensees or customers, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure while using the Service; or (vii) otherwise use the Service, Debit Rewards Offers or any services provided in connection with them except as expressly allowed under this Section 1.

You may use the Service only for your internal business purposes and shall not: (i) send spam or otherwise duplicative or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws; (ii) send or store infringing, obscene, threatening, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, including material harmful to children or violative of third party privacy rights; (iii) send or store material containing software viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful computer code, files, scripts, agents or programs; (iv) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein; or (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks. Certain editions of the Service offer integration capabilities via an application programming interface, or API. The number of API calls you can make per account is limited as follows (excluding calls resulting from use of xxxxxxxxxx.xxx client applications, such as Offline Edition, and salesforce.com-certified AppExchange applications): - Enterprise Edition (and Professional Edition with API access add-on): 1,000 calls/day/User (aggregated over all Users under the account), up to an aggregate maximum of 1,000,000 calls/day/account.

  • USAGE RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS 5.1 To the extent another Cloud Service is a prerequisite for the usage of the CAE Services, the usage rights and restrictions of the respective Cloud Service shall apply to the CAE Services. To the extent another Cloud Service is not a prerequisite for the usage of the CAE Services, the usage rights and restrictions of the GTC shall apply accordingly to the CAE Services in addition to the usage rights and restrictions of the Order Form, as the case may be.
