Transferred RemainCo Participants. As of the date of each Transferred RemainCo Participant’s transfer to the RemainCo Group, RemainCo (acting directly or through a member of the RemainCo Group) shall cause the RemainCo Welfare Plans to recognize and maintain all elections and designations (including all coverage and contribution elections and beneficiary designations) made by such Transferred RemainCo Participant under, or with respect to, the SpinCo Welfare Plans and apply such elections and designations under the RemainCo Welfare Plans for the remainder of the period or periods for which such elections or designations are by their original terms applicable, to the extent such election or designation is available under the corresponding RemainCo Welfare Plan.
