Common use of TRANSFERRING YOUR POLICY Clause in Contracts

TRANSFERRING YOUR POLICY. This Policy cannot be transferred to another Insured Vehicle or to any subsequent owner of the Insured Vehicle except in the following circumstances: a. Where ownership of the Insured Vehicle is transferred to a Family Member then cover may be transferred to that Family Member, by contacting the Policy Retailer, so long as that Family Member meets the eligibility criteria in Section 3 - ELIGIBILITY. b. Where You are entitled to or are offered a replacement vehicle under the terms of the Comprehensive Motor Insurance. In this event You will be entitled to transfer the remaining cover under this Policy to Your replacement vehicle so long as a claim has not been settled by Us and the Insured Vehicle meets the eligibility criteria in Section 3 -
