Common use of Transfers of Licensee’s Communications Facilities Clause in Contracts

Transfers of Licensee’s Communications Facilities. The Utility will notify Licensee when it is necessary to transfer its facilities. If Licensee fails to transfer its Facilities within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving such notice from the Utility, the Utility shall have the right but not the obligation to transfer Licensee’s Facilities using its personnel and/or contractors at Licensee’s expense as specified in Article 3.
