Common use of Transit Check Clause in Contracts

Transit Check. The Company shall continue to offer eligible employees the opportunity to participate in existing “Transit Check” programs through voluntary, direct payroll contribution; provided, however, the Company shall not incur any additional expense in relation to such programs.
