Transit Services a. Razorback Transit will provide specific transit and paratransit route service to the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture.
b. The portion of Transit Route 21, north of the intersection of Melmar Drive and Garland Avenue represents the transit route dedicated to the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture.
Transit Services. Transit services on railway lines connecting the territories of the Contracting Parties shall be performed at interchange stations designated by Agreements concluded between contiguous Railway Administrations.
Transit Services. Is reference to Guelph Transit.
Transit Services. 13.1 During the Term, the Municipality will, with its partner [provincial or regional transit company] and operators, provide Transit Services to the First Nation [number of days] per week as outlined by the Transit Schedule attached to this Agreement as Schedule [insert name of Schedule].
13.2 The Municipality will be responsible for all personnel providing the Transit Service covered under this Agreement.
13.3 Co-ordination of the provision of Transit Services to be provided with the Municipal or Reserve boundaries shall be the responsibility of the Municipality which includes all residents’ inquiries complaints and complaint resolutions unless beyond the scope of Transit Services outlined in Section 13. The First Nation agrees to expend all reasonable efforts in supporting this coordination function.
Transit Services. 1) Transit Services provide the Exchange of local and toll traffic via the C Company's networks between two carriers subscribing to the service, C conditional on the existence of a business arrangement between two carriers originating and terminating traffic with each other and evidence of this business arrangement being provided to the Company. C
a) Local Transit Service is provided within an Exchange, LIR or EAS | area via the Company’s network. C The carrier originating local transit traffic is responsible for providing the underlying facilities required to deliver the traffic to the Company on dedicated one-way trunk groups. Transit Services. Charges imposed on MTS Allstream by carriers receiving traffic, which are not recovered in the rates and charges associated with MTS Allstream’s transit services, will be passed on to the originating carrier in the form of unusual expenses. Local Transit service provides CLECs with the option to deliver traffic C within an exchange, LIR or EAS area via MTS Allstream’s network. | The monthly charges apply on a per trunk basis for each trunk used to deliver local exchange transit traffic to MTS Allstream and applies based on the size of the trunk group. Each transit trunk is provided on a DS-0 basis. The service charge includes a one-time order processing charge and a trunk activation/change charge per trunk. Toll Transit service provides CLECs and IXCs with the option to deliver their toll traffic to each other via MTS Allstream’s networks. For Toll Transit - terminating traffic, monthly charges apply to the IXC for interconnecting circuits and for network usage. Toll Transit - originating traffic, in cases where MTS Allstream bills the IXC, monthly charges for interconnecting circuits and network usage apply. Where MTS Allstream bills the CLECs, monthly charges apply on a per trunk basis for each trunk used to deliver transit traffic to MTS Allstream. These charges apply on a per trunk basis based on the size of the trunk group. Each transit trunk is provided on a DS-0 basis. Service charges for both Toll Transit - terminating and originating apply to an IXC for any incremental facilities over which interconnecting circuits with trunk-side access are provided, as specified in MTS Allstream’s Carrier Access Tariffs. Transit Services. 5.1 Applicable to all Transit Services
(i) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, beginning from the Start Date and until the End Date, Shipper shall have the right to deliver at the Delivery Point, within the Committed Capacity, the Natural Gas to be transited by Carrier.
(ii) Carrier shall have no obligation to take delivery of, and transit, quantities of Natural Gas exceeding the Committed Capacity (an “Overrun of the Committed Capacity”). Xxxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxxxx, acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator, shall be entitled to take any and all technical measures to prevent any possible occurrence of an Overrun of the Committed Capacity. In any event, Xxxxxxx shall indemnify and hold harmless Carrier from and against any properly documented losses, damages and costs directly arising out of an Overrun of the Committed Capacity, including the ones claimed by other shippers on the Pipeline System.
(iii) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, beginning from the Start Date and until the End Date, Shipper shall take delivery of the quantities of Natural Gas made available at the Redelivery Point by Carrier according to GC 5.
1. In case Shipper does not comply with its obligation under this GC 5.1(iii), Carrier shall be automatically released from its obligation under GC 5.2 and GC 5.3 for the quantities not taken off by Shipper at the Redelivery Point and for the period during which Shipper does not comply with its obligations under GC 5.1(ii).
(iv) The Parties’ obligations to deliver and/or redeliver reported in this Agreement are intended for an hourly flow rate during each Day.
Transit Services. 1. Light-Rail Transit - With the opening of the Tasman West light-rail line extension, plus the new station immediately adjacent to the project site (and with convenient pedestrian access to the project buildings), the site will offer excellent light-rail transit service to the site's employees and visitors.
2. Commuter Rail - The Sunnyvale Caltrain Station at Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxx, offers all-day commuter-rail service to points along the peninsula between San Xxxx and San Francisco, plus commute-period service between Gilroy and San Xxxx. The Sunnyvale station includes automobile parking and bicycle lockers, plus is wheelchair-accessible. This Caltrain station is less than two miles from the site, and may be reached via a shuttle service that currently makes five trips in the morning and six trips in the afternoon. With the completion of the LRT station adjacent to the project, convenient access to the Caltrain station in Mountain View will be provided via the Tasman West line.
3. Bus Service - a number of VTA bus routes serve the project site, either adjacent or within walking distance. These bus routes are shown in Figure 3, along with the new light-rail line.
Transit Services. Carrier shall not perform Transit Services for CMRS Provider.
