Common use of Transition after Termination or Expiration of Contract Clause in Contracts

Transition after Termination or Expiration of Contract. (b) If this Contract is terminated, cancelled or not renewed, the Contractor shall return to the Agency any equipment, deposits or down payments made or purchased with start-up funds or other funds specifically designated for such purpose under this Contract in accordance with the written instructions from the Agency in accordance with the Notice provision of this Contract. Written instructions shall include, but not be limited to, a description of the equipment to be returned, where the equipment shall be returned to and who is responsible to pay for the delivery/shipping costs. Unless the Agency specifies a shorter time frame in the letter of instructions, the Contractor shall affect the returns to the Agency no later than sixty (60) days from the date that the Contractor receives Notice.
