Common use of Transitional Arrangements - Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Transitional Arrangements - Sick Leave. A team member working part time under this Appendix shall have Sick Leave entitlements which have accrued under this agreement (including any entitlement accrued in respect of previous full time employment) converted into hours. When this entitlement is used, whether as a part time team member or as a full time team member, it shall be debited for the ordinary hours that the team member would have worked during the period of absence.
