Common use of Transitional Arrangements - Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Transitional Arrangements - Sick Leave. A team member working part time under this Appendix shall have sick leave/family leave entitlements which have accrued under this agreement (including any entitlement accrued in respect of previous full time employment) converted into hours. When this entitlement is used, whether as a part time team member or as a full time team member, it shall be debited for the ordinary hours that the team member would have worked during the period of absence.
