Transitions. 6.1 Upon the notification of the death of an End User, we would seek to enter into a new contract with the appointed representatives. 6.1 On notification of death, we will downgrade the account to the Starter package until a new agreement is put in place with the personal representatives/executors or a request for deletion is made. Guest access will be removed for any team member who have not been identified as executors in the app. Therefore it is important the list of executors are maintained in the app to avoid any problems. We will ask for proof of title as an executor or personal representative.
