Translation Services; Alternative Formats. Insurer shall provide oral translation services to any Enrollee who speaks any non-English language. Insurer shall notify Enrollees of the availability of oral interpretation services and inform Enrollees how to access such services. Insurer shall make all written materials available in English, Spanish, and all prevalent non- English languages in Insurer’s Service Area spoken by approximately five percent (5%) or more of Insurer’s Florida Healthy Kids population. Insurer shall provide translation services to Enrollees at no cost.
