Common use of Transmission Provider Obligations Clause in Contracts

Transmission Provider Obligations. Transmission Provider shall cause the Transmission System, Distribution System, and Transmission Provider's Interconnection Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this GIA. Transmission Provider may provide operating instructions to Interconnection Customer consistent with this GIA and Transmission Provider's operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time and, if so provided, Interconnection Customer shall follow those operating instructions. Transmission Provider will consider changes to its operating protocols and procedures proposed by Interconnection Customer. Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the costs of operating Transmission Provider’s Interconnection Facilities in accordance with Article 10.5.

Transmission Provider may provide operating instructions to Interconnection Customer consistent with this Transitional Cluster GIA and Transmission Provider's operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time and, if so provided, Interconnection Customer shall follow those operating instructions. Transmission Provider will consider changes to its operating protocols and procedures proposed by Interconnection Customer. Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the costs of operating Transmission Provider’s Interconnection Facilities in accordance with Article 10.5.
