Common use of Transmission Provider Obligations Clause in Contracts

Transmission Provider Obligations. Transmission Provider shall cause the Transmission System and Transmission Provider's Interconnection Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with all Operating Orders and this SGIA. Transmission Provider may provide to Interconnection Customer, and Interconnection Customer will comply with, operating instructions consistent with this SGIA and Transmission Provider's operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. Transmission Provider will consider changes to its operating protocols and procedures proposed by Interconnection Customer.
