TRANSMISSION SYSTEM EXPANSION. 18.01 Transmission System Expansion. The ISO will exercise the responsibilities with respect to transmission system expansion set forth in the ISO OATT. The ISO Operating Committee will have the primary role in the implementation of the ISO’s transmission system expansion responsibilities.
