Transmittal Form Clause Samples
A Transmittal Form clause defines the requirement for a standardized document to accompany the transfer or delivery of materials, information, or documents between parties. This form typically includes essential details such as the sender and recipient, a description of the contents, relevant dates, and any instructions or references to associated contracts or projects. Transmittal Form. Transmit each submittal, except sample installations and sample panels, to the office of the approving authority. Transmit submittals with a transmittal form prescribed by the Contracting Officer or designated representative. The transmittal form shall identify the Contractor, indicate the date of the submittal, and include information prescribed by the transmittal form and required in the paragraph entitled "Identifying Submittals." Process transmittal forms to record actions regarding sample panels and sample installations.
