Transmittal of Deductions. The Board further agrees to accompany each such transmittal with a list of the names of the bargaining unit members for whom all such fair share fee deductions were made, the period covered, and the amounts deducted for each.

Transmittal of Deductions. The District agrees to transmit the fair share deducted and the Association dues deducted as indicated in Section 9 and 10 of this Article to the Central Office of the Oregon School Employees Association.

PROCEDURE FOR REBATE The Association represents to the Board that an internal rebate procedure has been established in accordance with Section 4117.07 (C) of the Revised Code and that a procedure for challenging the amount of the representation fee has been established and will be given to each member of the bargaining unit who does not join the Association and that such procedure and notice shall be in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and the Constitutions of the United States and the State of Ohio. ENTITLEMENT TO REBATE Upon timely demand, non-members may apply to the Association for an advance reduction/rebate of the Fair Share Fee pursuant to the internal procedure adopted by the Association.
Transmittal of Deductions. The Board further agrees to forward a list of all bargaining unit employees showing new hires and terminations simultaneously with the transmittal of the aforementioned deductions. The Board will continue to deduct dues at the rate in effect on July 1, 2001, until officially notified of a change.
Transmittal of Deductions. The Board shall transmit said fees along with the dues in accordance with the procedures utilized for regular dues deductions.
