Transmittal of Specified Bargaining Unit Information and Association Monies Collected by the Employer. The Employer shall transmit to the Association within one week from the end of the pay period, a list of all monies collected on behalf of the Association. Included within the list shall be the names of each employee from whom a deduction was taken, the pay period covered, the purpose of the deduction, and the amount deducted. The Employer shall also provide the Association on a biweekly basis a list of all employees in the bargaining unit including those employees in inactive pay status. The list shall contain the employee's name, home address, department, institution, classification title and number, and social security number.
