Without prejudice to Article 68 of this Agreement, the Parties shall cooperate to enhance mutual understanding of their official control structure and mechanisms tasked with the application of SPS measures and their respective performance. This can be achieved, amongst others, through reports of international audits when these are made public and the Parties can exchange information on the results of these audits or other information, as appropriate.
