Common use of Transport Pay Clause in Contracts

Transport Pay. A nurse who performs transport duties shall receive seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per transport in addition to the nurse’s regular rate of pay, which will apply for the duration of the transport until the patient is delivered at the point of destination, and from the time the nurse arrives at the airport for the return trip until the nurse arrives back in Ketchikan.
