Transportation Arrangements (General. 2.1 Each Operator considers that, at the Amendment Effective Date, the provisions on Nominations and Renominations in its Transportation Arrangements arewill, at the Amendment Effective Date or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, be consistent with this Annex E, and in particular that this Annex E accurately describes how National Grid Gas Shippers and IUK Shippers are required to submit Nominations and Renominations in accordance with the Transportation Arrangements. 2.2 The Operators agree that the provisions of Annex E are hereby given effect from 30 September 2015 for Gas Day 1 October 2015 onwards.
