Transportation Concurrency. 1. For all development located within the AAA, the Port shall use the SEPA environmental review process to evaluate and address concurrency requirements that relate to airport development. 2. All development on Port owned properties located outside of the AAA shall be subject to the transportation concurrency requirements of State law (RCW) and the SeaTac Municipal Code.
