Transportation Department Drug and Alcohol Policy. A. In compliance with the rules and regulations established under the Omnibus Transportation Employees Testing Act of 1991 and all other federal and state mandates, the Berea City School District Board of Education will institute a drug and alcohol testing program for all regular Transportation employees and substitutes who hold a CDL license. These employees will be referred to as "driver" within the text of this policy. B. For the purposes of pre-employment/pre-duty testing only, the term "driver" includes a person applying to the district to drive a commercial motor vehicle.
