TRANSPORTATION PROVISIONS. A. The District reserves the right to issue rules and regulations for the implementation of the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act. Any driver who tests positive for controlled substances or alcohol, or who refuses to submit to testing, or who acquires enough points to lose his/her license, will be subject to immediate discharge without recourse to the grievance procedure.
