TRANSPORTE ESCOLAR. A transporte escolar é um serviço exclusivo de Pick-up e Drop-off de porta-a-porta (Casa – Escola – Casa) e é cobrado de acordo com a distância entre a casa do aluno x x Xxxx – Casa) e é cobrado de acordo com a distância entre a casa do aluno x x Xxxxxx.xx. Desconto de irmãos: 10% de desconto a partir do segundo irmão. O desconto é aplicado à mensalidade do xxxxxxx xxxxx, caso utilizem o mesmo horário/rota. Quando partilham apenas xxx xxx rotas/horários é aplicado 5% de desconto, a partir do segundo irmão. A inscrição no serviço de transporte exige um compromisso mínimo de um semestre completo. Opções de pagamento: semestral ou mensal. O custo anual do transporte é dividido em 10 prestações. O custo total do transporte cobre o pagamento do período académico, considerando as pausas escolares e férias. Por favor note: se o seu filho estiver ausente, as viagens não utilizadas não serão reembolsadas. Informamos que o preçário presente na Tabela de Preços de Matrícula e Propinas deve ser considerado apenas como um guia e pode estar sujeita a alterações, podendo não refletir a rota precisa utilizada pela empresa de transporte. Está sujeita às rotas específicas estabelecidas para cada ano letivo de acordo com os alunos inscritos e suas moradas. Todos os autocarros são certificados pelo IMT (Instituto da Mobilidade e dos Transportes) e estão totalmente segurados de acordo com as normas nacionais. Todos os motoristas estão devidamente licenciados para Transporte Coletivo de Crianças. A frota do Voltinhas e dos seu parceiros é composta por veículos mais pequenos, por exemplo carrinhas de 9 lugares, para o tempo de viagem não ser muito extenso e ter menos paragens.   • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.   • Services FASC agrees to provide to the Adviser the services indicated in Exhibit A to this Agreement (the “Services”).

  • GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 7.01 For purposes of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between the parties relating to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable.

  • Force Majeure If by reason of Force Majeure, either party hereto shall be rendered unable wholly or in part to carry out its obligations under this Agreement then such party shall give notice and full particulars of Force Majeure in writing to the other party within a reasonable time after occurrence of the event or cause relied upon, and the obligation of the party giving such notice, so far as it is affected by such Force Majeure, shall be suspended during the continuance of the inability then claimed, except as hereinafter provided, but for no longer period, and such party shall endeavor to remove or overcome such inability with all reasonable dispatch. Choice of Law The Agreement between the Vendor and TIPS/ESC Region 8 and any addenda or other additions resulting from this procurement process, however described, shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, regardless of any conflict of laws principles. Venue, Jurisdiction and Service of Process Any Proceeding arising out of or relating to this procurement process or any contract issued by TIPS resulting from or any contemplated transaction shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Camp County, Texas and each of the parties irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of said court in any such proceeding, waives any objection it may now or hereafter have to venue or to convenience of forum, agrees that all claims in respect of the Proceeding shall be heard and determined only in any such court, and agrees not to bring any proceeding arising out of or relating to this procurement process or any contract resulting from or any contemplated transaction in any other court. The parties agree that either or both of them may file a copy of this paragraph with any court as written evidence of the knowing, voluntary and freely bargained for agreement between the parties irrevocably to waive any objections to venue or to convenience of forum. Process in any Proceeding referred to in the first sentence of this Section may be served on any party anywhere in the world. Venue for any dispute resolution process, other than litigation, between TIPS and the Vendor shall be located in Camp or Xxxxx County, Texas.

  • Taxes The Company shall pay, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to pay, prior to delinquency, all material taxes, assessments, and governmental levies except such as are contested in good faith and by appropriate proceedings or where the failure to effect such payment is not adverse in any material respect to the Holders of the Notes.

  • Bereavement Leave (a) Upon the death of an employee's spouse, spouse to include same sex partner, child or stepchild, an employee shall be granted leave up to a maximum of five (5) continuous calendar days without loss of pay. One of the days of leave shall include the day of the funeral or equivalent service. Additional days off with or without pay may be granted by the Employer. Part-time employees will be credited with seniority and service for all such leave. In the event of a delayed interment or ceremony for reason of religion or other protected grounds under the Ontario Human Rights Code, an Employee may save one of the days identified above without loss of pay to attend the interment or ceremony.

  • Term of Agreement This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until the tenth (10th) anniversary of Bank Closing; provided, that the provisions of Section 6.3 and 6.4 shall survive the expiration of the term of this Agreement; and provided further, that the receivership of the Failed Bank may be terminated prior to the expiration of the term of this Agreement, and in such event, the guaranty of the Corporation, as provided in and in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.7 shall be in effect for the remainder of the term of this Agreement. Expiration of the term of this Agreement shall not affect any claim or liability of any party with respect to any (i) amount which is owing at the time of such expiration, regardless of when such amount becomes payable, and (ii) breach of this Agreement occurring prior to such expiration, regardless of when such breach is discovered.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.

  • Introduction The Texas Health and Human Services Commission ("HHSC") and the Contractor named in Section I (HHSC and Contractor may be referenced in this document collectively as the “Parties” and individually as the “Party") hereby enter into this Community Services Contract - Provider Agreement (the “Contract”) for the provision of services under the Contract type specified in Section I for the considerations set forth herein. The Contract Begin Date specified in Section I is not valid until this Contract is signed by both parties.

  • Sick Leave The employee is eligible for long term disability benefits if provided for in the Collective Agreement. An employee will not receive pay for the first two (2) weeks of any period of absence due to a legitimate illness. The employee may utilize the paid holiday bank as income replacement for absences due to illness, as described in Article (c) above. An employee who is eligible may apply for Employment Insurance for weeks three (3) through seventeen (17) for any absence due to a legitimate illness. The Home will provide the employee with Disability Income Protection as per Article 14.01 (c) for weeks eighteen (18) through thirty (30) for any absence due to a legitimate illness. Employees may be required to provide medical proof of illness for any absence of a scheduled shift, which is neither vacation nor an approved leave of absence.
