Incluye oxige- noterapia (líquida, con concentrador o gaseosa), aerosolterapia (en este caso la medicación correrá a cargo del Asegurado), ventilación con presión positiva continua en vía aérea (CPAP) y ventila- ción con dispositivos binivel (BIPAP). - Transfusiones de sangre y/o plasma. - Logopedia y foniatría. Tratamiento de patolo- gías del lenguaje, del habla y de la voz derivadas exclusivamente de procesos orgánicos. Queda ex- cluido el tratamiento de los trastornos del apren- dizaje (dislexia, disgrafía y discalculia). - Laserterapia. Incluye fotocoagulación en oftal- mología, la cirugía en coloproctología, las inter- venciones quirúrgicas en ginecología, otorrino- laringología y dermatología, así como el láser en rehabilitación músculo-esquelética, en las inter- venciones para la hiperplasia benigna de próstata y en el tratamiento endoluminal de las varices. Quedan expresamente excluidas todas aquellas técnicas quirúrgicas o terapéuticas que empleen láser y no se encuentren en el detalle anterior. - Electrotermoterapia en rehabilitación. - Nucleotomía percutánea. - Hemodiálisis para insuficiencias renales agudas o crónicas. Including cobalt therapy, brachytherapy, linear accelerator, radioactive isotopes, stereotactic radio-neurosurgery, and intensity-modulated radiation therapy in intrac- xxxxxx tumours. - Renal Lithotripsy. - Shock-waves for musculotendinous calcifications. In all cases, the above treatments must be pre- scribed by Physicians from the Insurer’s Services Catalogue, who are in charge of the care of the In- sured, and said care must be covered by the Policy.
