Common use of Trauma counselling Clause in Contracts

Trauma counselling. The insurance offers emergency trauma assistance if you have experienced an emergency crisis, for example in connection with an accident. Claims should be filed with the healthcare team. If we consider that you need emergency trauma counselling, you will be put in telephone contact with a trauma psychologist from our network within 3 hours after the claim is approved. In other cases, we may refer you to general psychological counselling, cf. section 5.5 ”Telephonic psychological counselling”.
