Travel and Reimbursement of Expenses. Subsequent to the closing date of a Qualified Financing, the Company agrees to pay to on behalf of Executive the cost of travel and other expenses incurred by Executive on the Company’s behalf. It is understood that the Company will reimburse Executive for reasonable travel expenses between the Company headquarters and other office locations, and Executive’s primary residences, provided that reasonable efforts are made to manage the costs associated with travel.
