TRANSPORTATION AND TRAVEL TIME 12.01 The Employer will provide transportation to and from jobs from the Employer’s shop. If an employee’s car is used for such transportation, the owner shall be paid fifty cents (50¢) per kilometre for such use.

Destination CSU-Pueblo scholarship This articulation transfer agreement replaces all previous agreements between CCA and CSU-Pueblo in Bachelor of Science in Physics (Secondary Education Emphasis). This agreement will be reviewed annually and revised (if necessary) as mutually agreed.
Local Business Enterprise and Non-Discrimination in Contracting Ordinance Contractor shall comply with all applicable provisions of Chapter 14B (“LBE Ordinance”). Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance that shall include coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising from the operation of any owned, non-owned, or hired automobile. The Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance Policy shall provide not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limits for each accident. Additional Requirements for Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

Air Travel The Buyers will reimburse the Seller for the transportation costs of the Seller's instructors in confirmed business class or in confirmed coach class, where business class is not available, to and from the Buyers' designated training site and the Seller's training center.
Durable Medical Equipment Durable Medical Equipment is equipment that is Medically Necessary for treatment of an illness or Accidental Injury or to prevent further deterioration. This equipment is designed for repeated use and used to treat a medical condition or illness, and includes items such as oxygen equipment, functional wheelchairs, and crutches. Durable Medical Equipment may require Prior Authorization. Only Durable Medical Equipment considered standard and/or basic as defined by nationally recognized guidelines are Covered.
