Common use of TRAVEL, FOOD, LODGING Clause in Contracts

TRAVEL, FOOD, LODGING. All reasonable travel, food, and lodging expenses associated with the provision of service hereunder, excluding automobile mileage, shall be billed at cost and evidenced by a receipt. Lodging and meals shall be reimbursed in accordance with regulations established by the U.S. General Services Administration and shall not exceed applicable per diems set by the GSA for Nassau County, New York. XXXX does not reimburse for alcoholic beverages. Automobile mileage shall be billed in accordance with current rates as stipulated in the U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations.
