Travel Requirement. Any unit member receiving benefits under this Article shall remain within the State of California during periods of injury or illness, unless the Governing Board authorizes the unit member to travel outside of the state.
Travel Requirement. The Executive acknowledges that they shall be required to travel from time to time in the course and scope of performing their duties for the Company. All such travel is subject to Company policy applicable to executives, except as otherwise authorized by the Board.
Travel Requirement. Travel reimbursements for authorized travel outside of the School District shall be at the rate established by School District policy for use of personal car and actual costs as itemized for other expenses. Principals will be reimbursed for intra-District travel associated with their position responsibilities at a rate established by School District policy. A list describing the principal's intra-district travel dates, destinations, and mileage will be submitted to the District Office as required by the Superintendent.
Travel Requirement. The following table provides the estimated travel requirements. Actual locations, duration, and required numbers of FSRs will be defined in the individual DOs. For CONUS travel, locations may include pre-deployment training, system training, test events, and other requirements as directed by NSWC Crane. OCONUS travel will include locations when system support is required, directed by NSWC Crane.
Travel Requirement. The Contractor shall be required to travel in support of the SOW. While the actual number of trips may be more or less, in previous years there have been approximately 20 Contractor trips per year. For this contract, the Government anticipates a similar number of trips. The Government anticipates that the Contractor shall travel to various locations to perform installation, operational, maintenance, and developmental tasking identified in this SOW. The Contractor may also travel to various public and private facilities to obtain specialized training required to operate and maintain the Government owned vessels, targets, systems and equipment used under this contract.
Travel Requirement. It is generally anticipated that Executive will work onsite at Company headquarters three days each business week; but in any event Executive shall work such number of days in accordance with the needs of the Company, including any number of days as may be determined at the discretion of the CEO. Reasonable travel expenses connected to onsite work shall be paid by Company.
Travel Requirement. (a) Executive agrees that in order to perform her duties under this Agreement, during the first 24 months following the Commencement Date, she will be required to travel from her principal residence on a regular basis as the Company may reasonably require in its sole discretion (“Travel Requirement”). The Travel Requirement shall expire at the end of said 24 months (“Travel Requirement Expiration Date”). The Company will not require Executive to relocate from or change her current principal residence without her consent (the “Non-Relocation Requirement”). The parties agree that (i) the Travel Requirement; (ii) the Travel Requirement Expiration Date; and (iii) the Non-Relocation Requirement are material terms of this Agreement. (b) The parties further agree that, if at any time following the Commencement Date, the circumstances reflect with no uncertainty that the Travel Requirement must extend beyond the Travel Requirement Expiration Date in order for Executive to continue to fulfill her duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, said circumstances shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
