Common use of Travel to Other Sites and Reporting to Main Office Clause in Contracts

Travel to Other Sites and Reporting to Main Office. When a Security Guard is required to report to the main office before they begin their shift, or after the shift has ended, or while they are travelling from the main office to the site, or vice versa, or travelling from site to site, said Security Guard shall be paid a maximum of forty-five (45) minutes at regular pay for each occurrence. Such time shall be documented and approved by a designated Company official in advance.
