TRAVELLING TIME AND TRANSPORTATION. There shall be a fifty (50) km free zone radiating from the City Hall of every town where a shop is located. On all work performed between fifty-one (51) km and up to one hundred and twenty (120) km radius from said City Hall, the Employer will pay travel expense as set out in Article 15
