Treated Water Measurement and Control. Kennedale shall install, at its sole cost and expense, a Meter(s) and appropriate valves, back flow prevention, flow controllers, and other appropriate equipment at the Metering Point to measure and control the amount of Treated Water delivered to Kennedale under the terms of this Agreement. Said Meter shall be specified by Arlington and meet appropriate AWWA standards. Said Meter(s) shall be installed and tested prior to actual water delivery. Upon installation of the Meter(s), valves, and related equipment, said equipment shall become the sole property of Arlington to be owned, operated, and maintained by Arlington.

Said Meter shall be specified by Arlington with Grand Prairie’s concurrence and meet AWWA standards for potable water and accuracy for the type meter specified. Said Meter(s) shall be installed and tested prior to actual water delivery. The Meter and related equipment shall be solely owned, operated, and maintained by Arlington.

  • Management and Control Systems Grantee will:

  • Measurement and Billing The Parties shall measure Interconnection in accordance with this Section 4.6 and xxxx in accordance with Article XXVII and this Section 4.6.

  • Temperature Measurement Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station for example (but not limited to): Melbourne, Moorabbin, Dunns Hill, Melbourne Airport, Frankston, and Point Xxxxxx.   • Traffic Measurement and Billing over Interconnection Trunks 6.1 For billing purposes, each Party shall pass Calling Party Number (CPN) information on at least ninety-five percent (95%) of calls carried over the Interconnection Trunks.

  • Quality control system (i) The Contractor shall establish a quality control mechanism to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”).

  • Measurement Should the State terminate this contract as herein provided, no fees other than fees due and payable at the time of termination shall thereafter be paid to the Engineer. In determining the value of the work performed by the Engineer prior to termination, the State shall be the sole judge. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Earned Value Management System ‌ An earned value management system (EVMS) means a project management tool that effectively integrates the project scope of work with cost, schedule and performance elements for optimum project planning and control. The qualities and operating characteristics of EVMS are described in American National Standards Institute /Electronics Industries Alliance (ANSI/EIA) Standard-748. An EVMS is not mandatory; however, Contractors are encouraged to have an EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their EVMS and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) or other cognizant Government administration office, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.
