Common use of Treatment of Cardholder Data Upon Expiration or Termination Clause in Contracts

Treatment of Cardholder Data Upon Expiration or Termination. With respect to the sharing, use and disclosure of Cardholder Data following the expiration or termination of this Agreement in its entirety: (a) the rights and obligations of the Parties under this Article XII with respect to affected Cardholder Data shall continue through any Transition Period; and (b) The manner in which Cardholder Data may be used, shared and disclosed by the Parties and/or the customer after the expiration or termination of this Agreement shall be as set forth herein.
