Treatment of Multiple Requests for Same Pole. If Utility receives Permit Applications for the same Pole from two or more prospective licensees within sixty (60) calendar days of the initial request, and accommodating their respective requests would require modification or replacement of the Pole, Utility will allocate among such licensees the applicable costs associated with such modification or replacement. Such allocation applies only to those Attachments involving cable/wire and not Risers and/or other equipment.
